北仑电台信号覆盖整个宁波大市及舟山、上虞等地，日播节目19小时，其中自办节目9小时。主要自办节目有“100.8服务直通车”、“阳光热线”、“快乐拍档”、“现在聊吧”、“北仑新农村”、“Music音为有你”、“城市霓虹”、“缘分天空”、“可乐二人组”等。2010年度全省广播电视对农节目服务工程建设考核中，北仑电台的“北仑新农村”节目获浙江省广播对农栏目优秀奖。第四届“宁波广播月”暨“联盟杯”宁波县级广播十佳栏目评选中，北仑电台的“Music音为有你”和“快乐拍档”分别获得宁波县级广播十佳栏目评选第一名和“最佳人气奖”。
