我们拥有全省最大的民生服务平台。2010年民生996将与浙江省消费者权益保护委员会、省法制办等多家职能部门以及《经视新闻》、《小强热线》、《1818黄金眼》、新蓝网及浙江在线和省消保委合办的《民生新消费频道》等多家媒体联合打造全省最大的民生服务平台。并通过浙江移动12580系统建立全国首家听众热线接入平台，投入100位专业客服人员专门接听FM996 听众热线，同时将热线内容进行及时归类，如消费投诉类、民生服务类、帮忙求助类等。记者团队将在第一时间对各类信息进行分别处理，采用短信回复、电话回访、热线连通等不同形式对听众的问题进行解决。重点投诉信息将联合相关职能部门及媒体联盟共同行动，集政府、媒体合力，履行媒体职责，对重点、热点事件强力追踪报道，为公众还原事件真相。全天24小时节目随时为公众维权、服务。
