Streadio (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website and the Streadio Radio mobile application (the “Service”).
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Streadio.
Streadio is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Streadio Radio app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Streadio Radio app won’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Streadio will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Streadio cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Streadio cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Streadio cannot accept responsibility
With respect to Streadio’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Streadio accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Streadio does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS/Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Disclaimer
The materials on Streadio Radio mobile application are provided “as is”. Streadio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Streadio does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet service or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site or service.
Limitations
In no event shall Streadio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Streadio’s service, even if Streadio or a Streadio authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Streadio Radio mobile application could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Streadio does not warrant that any of the materials on its service are accurate, complete, or current. Streadio may make changes to the materials contained on its service at any time without notice. Streadio does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Streadio has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Streadio of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.
Governing Law
Any claim relating to Streadio’s service shall be governed by the laws of the State of WorldWide without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Radio Stations
The copyright and ownership of any stream and/or stream images and/or stream information listed on Streadio service remains with the broadcaster/owner. If you are a content owner and want to remove your station please contact us.
We do not provide the streaming, only the information about it with corresponding links
Subscriptions, Automatical Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscription Process.
You may purchase a Subscription through our App, or through such other channels as HardPunch Apps may make available from time-to-time in its sole discretion. Where you purchase a Subscription through our Android Apps or through a third party’s consumer electronic devices, your payments are processed by Google, or the manufacturer of the consumer electronic device (or any of their third party payment processors), as applicable. We do not accept cash or checks.
Trials.
From time to time, HardPunch Apps or others on our behalf may offer trials of Subscriptions for a specified period free-of-charge or at a reduced rate (“Trial”). The length of any Trial may vary. Trials are for new and certain former Subscribers only. HardPunch Apps reserves the right, at our discretion, to determine your eligibility for a Trial, and, subject to applicable laws, to withdraw or to modify a Trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability, to the greatest extent permitted under the law. We will require you to provide your payment details at the start of the Trial. The first day following the end of your Trial or, if you are not eligible for a Trial, then the day you purchase your Subscription, is the first day of your billing cycle (“Billing Date”). YOU will BE automatically charged for the applicable Subscription on the first day following the end of the Trial, on a recurring monthly or annual basis, unless you cancel the applicable Subscription before the end of the Trial.
Billing Authorization.
By providing your payment method and obtaining a subscription to the service, you authorize hardpunch apps, apple, or google (or any of their service providers), as applicable, to charge to your designated payment method the applicable monthly or annually recurring subscription fees (“subscription fee”), and any applicable sales, telecommunication, excise, valued-added or similar taxes (“taxes”). The subscription fee is exclusive of any such taxes. The subscription fee is payable in the currency specified during sign-up.
Subscription Fee Changes.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, we reserve the right to change the subscription fee at any time in our sole discretion. If we change the subscription fee, then we will provide you notice of the proposed change at least 30 days before the change is to take effect. Subscription fee changes will take effect at the start of the next renewal of your subscription following the date of the price change. You accept the new price by continuing to use the service after the price change takes effect. If you do not accept the price change, then you may unsubscribe from the service prior to the price change going into effect.
Automatic Renewal; Recurring Charges.
Your subscription will begin on the billing date and continue for the subscription period that you select on your account (such period, the “initial subscription period”), and will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration as the initial subscription period (the initial subscription period and each such renewal period, each a “subscription period”) unless you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. Your account will be charged automatically on the billing date and thereafter on the renewal date of your subscription for all applicable fees and taxes for the next subscription period. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic subscription fee to your account.
Cancellation and Refunds.
You may cancel your subscription to the service at any time by following the process described here. If you cancel your subscription, then you will have access to the subscription until the date that would have been your next billing date, after which you will be downgraded to the free service. If you subscribed through your android device and want to obtain a refund in connection with your subscription, then you must contact Google, as applicable.
Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
