A Rádio Encanto Fm iniciou suas atividades no ano de 1989. É hoje uma emissora de vanguarda no Rio Grande do Sul e Brasil. Opera com dois modernos estúdios. Um no centro da cidade de Encantado/RS e outro, panorâmico, localizado em Lajeado/RS na praça de alimentação do Unicshopping.
