История возникновения «Апекс-Радио» берёт своё начало в 1998 году. Торжественное открытие новой молодой радиостанции случилось 16 ноября в 15-00. Эфир «Апекс-Радио» открыл легендарный коллектив "Eagles" с песней «Hotel California». Самыми популярными были и остаются наши новости, которые каждый час в прямом эфире рассказывают о самых важных события в России и Кузбассе, программа по заявкам «С доставкой на дом», которая помогает каждый день поздравлять близких с праздниками, а также утреннее/дневное и вечернее шоу.
