民間電台是由香港泛民主派人士曾健成發起，以非牟利形式運作的電台，於2005年10月3日起試播，電台利用頻率FM 102.8於逢星期一至五晚上七點至九點（最長至十一點）廣播（覆蓋範圍在香港島及九龍大部份地區），並同時透過網絡廣播節目。
